These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AutoStrike Golf ("AutoStrike", "we", "us", or "our"), including our iOS and watchOS app and our website at autostrikegolf.com.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using AutoStrike Golf, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. What AutoStrike Provides

AutoStrike Golf provides GPS golf distances, shot tracking, scoring, handicap-related calculations, multiplayer scoring features, course maps, and related tools. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

3. Account and Eligibility

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating or updating your account.
• AutoStrike Golf is not intended for children under 13.

4. Apple App Store License

If you download AutoStrike Golf from the Apple App Store, these Terms include Apple’s requirements for licensed applications. AutoStrike Golf is licensed, not sold, to you for use only on Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

• Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for AutoStrike Golf.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for AutoStrike Golf, its content, support, warranties, and any claims relating to the app, to the extent required by law.
• If AutoStrike Golf fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, under Apple’s policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for AutoStrike Golf.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government prohibited or restricted party list.
• Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

If these Terms conflict with Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, these Terms apply to the extent permitted by Apple and applicable law.

5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments

AutoStrike Golf may offer auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase, including monthly and annual plans. Current public pricing on our website is $2.99/month for the monthly plan and $24.99/year for the annual plan. Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, promotions, and Apple App Store pricing tiers.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings after purchase.
• If a free trial or promotional period is offered, any unused portion may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where permitted by Apple’s rules.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We cannot directly cancel, refund, or modify App Store subscriptions outside Apple’s billing tools.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies.

6. Course Data and GPS Accuracy

Course locations, maps, yardages, hazards, greens, tee boxes, and other golf data may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unavailable. GPS accuracy depends on your device, location, signal, weather, and other factors. Always use your own judgment on the course.

7. Safety and Rules of Golf

• Do not use the app in a way that distracts you from safe play, cart operation, other players, or course staff instructions.
• You are responsible for following local course rules, tournament rules, and applicable laws.
• AutoStrike is a golf aid and is not a substitute for personal judgment, official scoring decisions, or course signage.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse AutoStrike Golf, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, scrape private APIs, upload malicious content, impersonate others, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

9. User Content and Round Data

You retain ownership of the scores, rounds, club data, support messages, and other content you submit. You grant us permission to store, process, sync, display, and use that content as needed to provide and improve AutoStrike Golf.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

11. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of AutoStrike Golf at any time. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

12. Disclaimer

AutoStrike Golf is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoStrike Golf and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the app or website.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use AutoStrike Golf in a way that creates legal, security, operational, or abuse risk.

15. Intellectual Property

AutoStrike Golf, including its software, design, branding, course tooling, and website content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any part of AutoStrike Golf except as permitted by law.

16. Third-Party Services

AutoStrike Golf may rely on third-party services such as Apple services, maps, cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and database infrastructure. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

17. Apple Standard EULA

For users who download AutoStrike Golf through the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
